If you can push back your training date then I would wait for Frontier and Jetblue. They are better airlines than skywest. I used to work for Skywest (it was my first airline) and I hated it with every fiber of my being. However, I have different career goals and a different financial situation than yours so you might enjoy skywest!

PHX, COS, LAX, PSP, PDX, SLC & FAT are all very senior and aren’t as easy to get into but nothing is impossible. Things are literally always changing. Good luck at OO training!!
