This is probably because I am running the non-supported Windows 11 Home and the AWCC doesn't work for me with this version of Windows. If you can solve that then great! Greetings. This is probably an easy fix, but I'm clueless. On my R15, the case lighting will randomly turn off, then immediately turn back on. The settings are default, I did not change anything in AWCC. Dim/Dark are not enabled. This has been happening since unboxing, but I'm not in a position to have a computer down, so I didn't pursue the issue.
How do I turn it off? I've read that you can turn it off in your keyboard software. For me that software would be Alienware Command Center, but I haven't found a way to do it.
