In my opinion here, you have two options: start training your main which is Phantom (great link skill too) , or, you can train to 120 some more link skills that'll get you easy time leveling later on: Luminous (ignore enemy def), Demon Avenger (%dmg), Demon Slayer (%boss dmg), and then start train your main. In terms of progression, I use the 'guides' tab which you can find in your key binding settings. Whenever I am lost I just go to the recommended maps suggested for my level range. If your characters are lvl 140+ and don't have gear given by something like an event, I would farm for the pensalir set by doing the Korean Folk Town questline.

Here's my current gear setup And my current stats - My boss damage is temporarily higher due to taking the 30% boss damage from Celestial Event . I'm currently sitting at 1.6-1.8mil or so range on my Pathfinder main at Lv219, with 110% or so Boss Damage and 72% or so IED.

The most efficient way to get arcane gear would be to farm at arcane river which after droplet buff, nets you at about 2-3 droplets per hour. The lazy way is to buy droplets from event shops for 50m meso each and or get lucky from doing daily kill quests to get a droplet here and there. The lucky/bossing route currently is to kill Hard Lucid ...Some easier to obtain level 150 transfer fodder is the Commerci equips you get from completing the Commerci quest line (takes maybe 30 minutes). It gives you weapon, shoulder, gloves, boots, overall, hat, and cape, which you can use to make the jump to absolab gear.
