I've played this game pretty much exclusively in single player and recently I wanted to raise the max difficulty level of my worlds. So i raised the difficulty to 10 in the general settings, went into a map and used destroywilddinos, and when they respawned, nothing changed in their levels. So then I went into the gameuser.ini file and change the difficulyoffset there, and it still did nothing ...So the base max lvl for most creature is 150 and then some creature like wyverns get to 190 max lvl. I think it's the same for magmasaures, and deinonychus despite being an egg tame is max 150 too. I found a level 583 Arno in the snow tower in the basement. At difficulty 1.
