In single player you can always just use a flashback if the AI does something too stupid. Maybe the biggest issue is the low-speed traction and spinning. I use medium traction control to help with that. Handling on controller is completely different to any f1 game prior to F1 23 essentially. You have infinite more control over the direction of your car and it is extremely easy to predict and correct moments of oversteer.
