I have also cycled the power to reboot it but to no avail. I took the globe out and vacuumed and wiped down all the pieces. I cleaned all the litter that accumulated in that fuzzy gummy bit near the dump port. Litter gets stuck in there and may be messing with the sensors. I also wiped down the inside of the litter bag to make sure litter isn’t sticking. It's my fault for adding too much litter and not resetting the weight sensor.
