I ran the connector inside the cab along with the fusible Blue wire which I ran to a 20amp fuse in the fuse box. Then zip tied the remaining harness to the back of the truck where it is plugged into the 4 pin wire harness intended for trailer ...This circuit is wired with a 2-wire cable running from the light to the switch location. I'm looking for a wiring diagram for an older Meyer headlamp system, it has a six pin toggle switch and it appears to have 5 pin headlamp plugs. I'm trying to utilize these on a Suzuki Side Kick that I'm building a plow for. The older hard wired lights used a 6 pin DPDT switch, and the newer ones used a head light adapter harness (no wire splicing, plug and play) they used the 12 pin so they could control ALL the head light wires by running them through the switch.. The new 24 pin connector added one line apiece for ground, 3.3, 5, and 12 volts. The extra pins made the auxiliary power cable unnecessary so most ATX12V 2.x power supplies don't have them.
